ETHICS STATEMENT
Factor Ten Executive Search maintains the highest professional ethical standards
possible. Our recruiters treat our clients and candidates with the highest
level of integrity. We conduct business with the most ethical, professional
standards in the industry and will settle for nothing less. Our reputation
as a straightforward company offering honest services is extremely important
to us.
While we will always do everything in our power to perform to your expectations,
we realize we are subject to human error. Through no fault of our own, we
may not meet everyone's expectations all the time. However, because we realize
this, we believe it is all in the way things get handled. Because we strive
to achieve satisfying, long term relationships, we promise to do our best
to make you satisfied.
When you showcase your ethics in black and white to prospective customers,
we are providing a standard against which we can be measured. Our Ethics and
Standard Practices are as follows:
Relationship between recruiter and client company:
A candidate's employment record, qualifications, and salary requirements
will be stated to the employer/client as accurately and fully as possible.
A candidate will be referred to the employer/client for an interview only
with prior authorization of the employer/client, which may be given verbally.
Confidential information relating to the business policy of employer/clients,
which is imparted as an aid to the effective handling of their job requirements,
shall be respected and treated accordingly. Candidates will not be solicited
for other positions while they are still in the employ of the company with
whom they have been placed by Factor Ten, unless the candidate initiates reactivation
of his/her application.
Factor Ten does not falsify information on candidates and will not knowingly
misrepresent a candidate to a prospective hiring company. Factor Ten only
represents candidates in an honest and straightforward manner.
There are no monetary obligations expected of candidates of any kind. All
fees for placement services are paid for by the hiring company. No client
will be obligated for a contingency service charge until an offer has been
made and accepted between employer and candidate. Every service Factor Ten
offers is provided without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, disability,
or age.
Factor Ten recruiters expect communication from clients regarding the status
of job orders placed with our firm. We will conform to the level of communication
with which you are comfortable. Whether you want a great deal of involvement
in the search process or not, accommodating your needs is top priority.
Relationship between recruiter and candidate:
Candidates will be referred to employers/clients for interviews only on job
openings for which at least verbal authority has been given by the employer/client.
Representations made to candidates about the duties, hours and salary of prospective
positions shall be in conformance with the best knowledge of the recruiter.
We will never knowingly misrepresent a company or position.
Information about a candidate will be used only for the purpose of finding
employment for that candidate. Confidential information will be treated confidentially.
There are no monetary obligations expected of candidates of any kind. The
hiring company pays all fees for placement services.
Every service offered by Factor Ten is provided without regard to race, color,
sex, national origin, disability, or age.
Factor Ten is respectful of our candidates' needs and requests. We make every
attempt to qualify candidates for positions that we truly believe they are
a good fit for and would be interested in. You can count on honest and sincere
career guidance and direction from Factor Ten.
In return, our recruiters expect honesty from the candidate. It goes both
ways.
Factor Ten also expects the candidate to be considerate of the recruiters'
time and allow ample time to return phone calls and messages.
NOTE: These Standards of Ethical Practices in no way supersede or
replace the requirements of local ordinances or state and federal laws.
